Welcome to Zaaffran, a taste of Morocco.
Our mission is to bring the most delicious tastes of Morocco to you! With over nine years of experience in catering and roots in local Moroccan communities, we have selected some of the best Moroccan dishes and prepare them with nutritious ingredients.
We have options available for Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan, Halal & Nut Free (any allergies please specify)
Lamb Tagine Wrap
Tender pieces of NZ lamb marinated in our speciality spice (ras el hanout – 27+ freshly roasted and ground spices), cooked slowly, tagine style with sultanas.
Moroccan Chicken Tagine Wrap
Tender pieces of chicken breast marinated in a mix of Moroccan spices including saffron, cooked slowly, tagine style with preserved lemons.
Spicy Chicken Tagine Wrap
Tender pieces of chicken breast marinated in Moroccan spices and harissa (chilli paste), cooked slowly, tagine style.
Falafel Wrap
Chickpeas delicately blended with preserved lemon, fresh herbs and Moroccan spices, served with our creamy hummus.
